Introduction

This document outlines how Bikeability schemes and participants can gain from one of the first in a series of incentives resulting from our partnership with the UK’s largest cycling retailer Halfords. Whilst this partnership facilitates incremental funding that can support us in our joint ambition to offer Bikeability training to every child in England, it was also carefully selected due to the extra value Halfords can offer both to Bikeability participants and to schemes.

The aim of this communication is twofold: first to advise you of the first set of opportunities that are available through this partnership and secondly, to request your support in ensuring the added value on offer is shared with as many Bikeability participants as possible.

Of course, there is no obligation on schemes to take up offers, but we would encourage you to read the following information carefully as we feel that your scheme, and trainees, will be able to benefit.
